Total Body Reboot
With Washington Square Park as its backdrop Total Body Reboot is designed to give you a metabolic boost, improve balance and agility, and strengthen core muscles. This class features one minute intervals alternating between upper body, lower body, and intense cardio-bouts. Exercises use body weight and resistance bands. All of your muscles and sweat glands will literally get a “reboot” to start the day.
